Nirmal Ashram Gyan Daan Academy (NGA) was founded on September 21, 2003 by His Holiness Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj amidst a big gathering of holy men, ascetics, ordinary mortals and men and women who had dedicated themselves to the service of God. Amidst the chanting of Gurbani, Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Jodh Singh Ji Maharaj of Nirmal Ashram, Rishikesh, laid the foundation stone of NGA at the village Khairi-Kalan, Rishikesh. It is an educational institution which imparts quality education to the children of those who could not afford to send their children to a good school. Sant Baba Jodh Singh Ji Maharaj is serving Humanity through all the works of planning, Development and Administration of Nirmal Ashram and all its Institutions.

Sant Baba Nikka Singh Ji Maharaj bestowed hin as Sant on 03 April 1983 and thus freed him from the worldly bonds. He showered his blessings and asked him to move to Nirmal Ashram, Rishikesh to serve the Ashram along with Mahant Ram Singh ji.

With the passage of time, the activities of the Ashram are multiplying and by the grace of the Guru, Sant Baba Jodh Singh ji fulfill them all with great wisdom and farsightedness. He manages, guides and take cares of all the benevolent Institutions of the Ashram.
